Temporary Housing

Together with community partners, Capstone Community Action manages several temporary housing units for families and individuals who are without a home and working toward permanent housing.

We also support people involved with Vermont’s Department of Corrections with successful community re-entry after incarceration. From helping access to transitional housing to securing life skills, Capstone is here to ensure you have support and ease with this process.

Building positive relationships with participants is key to our coordinators. Staying connected to other service providers keeps our network of assistance strong, and each individual situation is approached with dignity and respect.
