Lamoille County Early Learning Center

The Lamoille County Early Learning Center’s mission is to provide high quality full day school year long services to help pre-k age children, and families, in the Lamoille County area thrive and reach their full potential.? We promote the health, safety and well-being of children, and maintain strong collaborative partnerships to meet the changing needs of children, families and communities.

A typical classroom day includes free choice time, group activities, music and movement, outdoor play, stories and activities promoting literacy, language, cognitive development, science and math, breakfast, lunch and snack. Head Start staff, called Family Advocates, team with teachers to help you meet your goals and locate community resources to support succeeding in those goals.

  • High Quality Services: We follow the Head Start Federal Performance Standards and the Vermont Early Childhood Licensing Regulations.
