Giving Tuesday 2024
Winter is a harsh time of year in Vermont. Too many families are forced to make tough decisions on basic needs like heat and food. No one should have to choose between heating their home and feeding their family.
Join us on this international day of giving by donating to our Fuel Your Neighbors campaign which launches on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 to ensure our neighbors in central Vermont don't go to bed cold or hungry. This year's campaign goal is $325,000 and your support gives so much hope!
Capstone’s Fuel Your Neighbors campaign, presented by EastRise, is an annual 100-day initiative to raise funds for our emergency food and heating assistance programs. Starting in 2016, this campaign has raised over $1.8 million. In those eight years, we had over 36,000 visits to our Food Shelf for nutritious food and helped over 7,000 individuals stay warm with heating assistance.
