Farm to Family Coupons

Farm to Family Coupons will help you buy fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables at participating Farmers’ Markets. In partnership with the Vermont Department for Children and Families, Capstone distributes Farm to Family coupons each year.

Who is eligible? 

If your household income is up to 185% of the federal poverty level; families who receive WIC benefits through the Vermont Health Department are also eligible.

Coupon distribution begins in late June and is done on a first come, first served basis until all the coupons are gone.

For 2025, coupons will be available after July 1, and distribution will take place in Capstone's offices. People are encouraged to call for an appointment.
